REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds once an order has been paid for and processed.
Please make sure you are certain about your order before making payment. We are always available to assist you with product selection before you place your order.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted if you receive an incorrect item from what you ordered.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.
- Items that have been altered, worn, styled, cut, coloured or otherwise tampered with will not qualify for an exchange.
- Exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect choice of length, style, colour or other personal preference.
If the incorrect item was sent by us, we will assist you with the exchange process. Delivery/return costs will be discussed with the customer depending on the circumstances.
